Four twins keep the mission honest.
The Property Twin knows the physical asset. It tests the mission against rooms, slab,
clearances, receiving, roof, yard, circulation and building systems.
The Utility Twin knows the infrastructure path. It translates equipment and operating
plans into connected load, demand, water, cooling, gas, telecom, redundancy and lead-time questions.
The Trust Twin defines who and what may cross the operating boundary. It connects
people, badges, visitors, devices, data, vendors, OT, IT and secure areas to the intended work.
The Capital Twin turns all of those requirements into money and sequence. It shows
owner work, tenant work, equipment spend, utility deposits, contingencies, working capital and the dates
cash must be available.
MISSION TWIN / OPERATING LAYER
The fifth view is not another discipline.
It is the layer above the four twins that says: this is the mission, these are the requirements,
these are the gaps, these people own them, this is the critical path, and this is the next decision.
